Rich Johnson founded Benefits & Incentives Group in November 1997 following a 22-year career in the group insurance and employee benefits brokerage/consulting business.

After national firms acquired some of the truly great locally grown benefit consulting firms in Colorado, Rich’s intent was to create a best-in-class, Colorado-owned, independent, “client-driven” benefits broker/consulting practice. We have attracted a unique blend of seasoned veterans and dynamic, young, motivated talent to serve our clientele.

Benefits & Incentives Group takes a great deal of pride in working with its clients to establish specific benefit objectives and to introduce creative, sound, well-informed action plans to carry out their goals.

Although we have grown and acheived many successes over the years, our original committment to excellence has not changed. We remain independent and use our expertise and our resources to act in the best interests of our clients.
