After graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Dave began working in the employee benefits field as a Benefit Analyst and Account Manager for Sedgwick in San Francisco. He then accepted a position with Sedgwick in the Denver office. He subsequently worked for Aetna as a Business Manager, managing 10 employees in a seven state region, but ultimately returned to the consulting world at Gallagher-Byerly. Dave has spent the past six years at Benefits & Incentives Group. where he has been an integral part of growing and expanding the operations. Dave is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and has also earned the Fellow designation from CEBS, a prestigious benefits designation. Dave is a member of the Colorado Human Resources Association, the Boulder Area Human Resources Association and the Colorado Group Insurance Association.
