Kandy is one of Benefits & Incentives Group’s senior consultants.Kandy has been in the Employee Benefits and Human Resources business for more than 20 years.Her career began in Human Resources for CareerTrack where she worked as a Benefits Specialist.After eight years with CareerTrack, Kandy joined Pinnacol Assurance as Benefits Manager.For the past eight years, she has been an employee benefit consultant at a local consulting/brokerage firm and then at Gallagher-Byerly.Kandy has been the lead consultant for many large fully insured and self-funded, public and private employers.She brings a unique perspective to the consulting business as she is able to relate to the day-to-day benefit and human resources needs of our clients.
