Laurie Gerdes, Vice President
Laurie has been in the employee benefits consulting business for 20 years. Laurie joined Benefits & Incentives Group in 2008 after spending time at several national consulting firms. Laurie graduated from Michigan State University and was initially employed at Hills Bros. Coffee in the Benefits Department. After moving to Colorado, she spent 11 years at Sedgwick where she was trained by her mentor, Rich Johnson. When Sedgwick was acquired by Marsh, Laurie chose to move to Gallagher-Byerly, the Denver division of Gallagher Benefit Services. At Gallagher she worked on large fully insured and self-funded accounts while also taking a lead production role. At Benefits & Incentives Group Laurie will utilize her consulting and production talents and also be an active participant in the overall direction of the firm.
