Rich Johnson, President
Rich is a seasoned insurance professional with more than 25 years of experience in managing employee benefit plans. He began his employee benefits career in the group department of Northwestern National Life and then moved to the consulting/brokerage business in 1981 with a predecessor firm to what later became the Denver office for Sedgwick/Sedgwick James (now part of Marsh). At Sedgwick, Rich spent 17 years specializing in flexible benefits design, employee communications, association program consulting, plan design, and other related areas of benefits consulting to medium and large public, private, and nonprofit industry sectors.
Rich is a board member of the American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators (AIPAGIA). He is a member of the Colorado Group Insurance Association (CGIA) and Colorado State Association of Health Underwriters (CSAHU), International Foundation of Employee Benefits (IFEBP), and past president of the Smoky Hill Rotary Club.
