Rich Johnson Receives CGIA Career Excellence Award

Rich Johnson, owner and CEO of Benefits & Incentives Group, is awarded with the Colorado Group Insurance Association (CGIA) Career Excellence Award.
Rich Johnson is a 35-year veteran of the employee benefits industry. He began his career with Northwestern National Life in Minneapolis and then spent 17 years with worldwide insurance broker, Sedgwick James (now Marsh), where he became a Sr. Vice President in the Denver employee benefits department. Rich left Sedgwick in 1997 to start his current firm, Benefits & Incentives Group, where we are happy to still have him today.
Similar to many of the past winners of this award, Rich's personal and professional integrity is one of his strongest qualities, and he expects his team at BIG to follow his lead in this regard.
